What does Multi-IQ mean?

Multi-IQ means that the metal detector searches on several frequencies at the same time. While other detectors only have a single search frequency (e.B 14 kHz), the Vanquish offers a multi-frequency technology and searches on several frequencies between 5 and 40 kHz simultaneously! The advantage of this is that a low search frequency provides much greater depth power than high-frequency detectors, now combined with the advantages of high frequencies, which allow detectors to detect gold and small parts much better than low-frequency detectors.

An example:

If you have a detector with a search frequency of 5 kHz, you will probably be able to find larger objects very deep, but often miss smaller gold jewelry. If you have a detector with a search frequency of 40 kHz, you will be able to find the smallest gold chain, gold nuggets and earrings very well, but with less depth power - and therefore miss the larger, deeper objects again. Since the Vanquish searches on all these frequencies at the same time, you will not miss any more objects and will always keep an optimal depth performance!

All-Terrain 

Another advantage of Multi-IQ technology is that, unlike most other detectors in this price range, you can use the Vanquish for almost all types of soil! Even for mineralized soils. The Vanquish offers a very stable performance on the beach. Even the salt minerals can be completely filtered out by the Multi-IQ! Nothing remains undiscovered and no terrain is taboo. Crown caps in the iron area

Another highlight of this detector is that it shows crown caps in the iron area and you can easily hide them! This is special because many other metal detectors identify the crown caps as a valuable object and cannot be hidden during the search. If you often search on the beach or in the park, it is a great advantage that you can hide the crown caps.

Compact design

The Vanquish has a unique design and a weight of only 1.2 kg. The armrest can be easily adjusted, as is the linkage. You can push it together up to 76 cm. The maximum length is 145 cm. Thanks to the Camlock system, the linkage is easy and quick to adjust and the Vanquish can be packed and transported.

What does the Vanquish 540 offer more than the 440?

The 540 has 25 discrimination segments instead of 12. In addition, it has 5 different distinguishing tones instead of 3.

The 540 has display illumination and a built-in wireless module (Bluetooth headphones are not included).

The 540 comes with a waterproof V12 30 x 23cm (12 x 9") double D search coil (incl. coil protection) for even more search depth.

The Vanquish 540 comes with 4 rechargeable AA NiMH batteries.
